About Us

Vitretek is a limited company founded in 1995. Our focus has been to develop concretes from a basic utilitarian material into a versatile decorative medium for homeowners, architects and businesses.

Needing a specialised range of materials to achieve this led to the development of Finesse Stone, a completely new range of specialised concretes to be used in many different applications including a patented machinable concrete suitable for the manufacture of worktops, tables, panels, shelving and other furniture for customers. Today we will offer the client an opportunity to reappraise concrete and use this versatile material to great effect.

Our newest products are a range of polished concrete overlays for floors which allow the customer to have a designed polished concrete floor rather than having what lies beneath the carpet!

We also offer a polishing service for customers for existing floors, be it concrete, resin or stone. We also have specialists who can be called upon to advise you on the best solution for your project.

For the commercial operator we are able to offer specialised diamond tooling for grinding, honing and polishing solutions.

Recently we formed a Joint Venture company, Ceramix, with a specialist pavement company, Proficio Technology, to develop the markets for our cementitious flooring products and the machinable concrete. In turn, that has led to a link up with a global manufacturer to promote the flooring products which will be coming to the market in late 2007.

The joint venture bridges the gap between the private client and the commercial customer and brings a complete range of services from the conception of project to handover.
